Returns Policy

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund only if:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or the packaging and contents of the box are damaged to the extent that the products are not able to be used.
• We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or personal damage.
• Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase date.

Lice Cap and Willows Handmade do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, so please ensure you have thoroughly read our product information prior to purchasing.
